Sonunda güncel uygulama merkezimizin işlerine geçebildik. Bu özel ve güzel aracı eski uygulama merkezimizde teslim alıp,yeni işyerimizde uygulamalarını yapıp teslim ettik :) Bu özel ve güzel aracın uygulamasını özel bir anlatım ve tanıtımla sizlere sunmak istiyoruz.
Ferrari 458 Italia , tasarımını Pininfarina'nın yaptığı,tasarım ve üretim sürecinde Michael Schumacher'ın bizzati görev aldığı ve üretildiği dönemde firmanın 200 mph sınırını geçen ilk ve özel bir araçtır. Ancak bu aracı daha da özel kılan bir durum daha var ;

Mansory, Almanya'da yer alan bir araç geliştirme firmasıdır. 2007 yılında Porshce'nin Modifiye departmanını satın alan firma,kurulduğu yıllardan bu yana yaptığı çalışmalarla bugün dahi adından bahsettiriyor.
Bu Ferrari 458 Italia,Mansory tarafından modifiye edilerek şirketin deyimiyle "aerodinamik program" uygulamaları yapılmış. "Mansory Siracusa" ismindeki bu program,Karbon kaput,pek çok karbon detay,ön tampondaki hava girişlerine ek olarak, "downforce" yani bastırma kuvvetini sağlamak için eklenmiş parçalara sahip. Bu da aracın aerodinamik olarak avantajlı duruma geçmesine,ağırlığından tassarruf edilmesine,dolayısıyla yol tutuş ve performans olarak inanılmaz bir hale gelmesine yol açmış. Türkiye'de bu araçtan 1 veya 2 adet olduğunu da ekleyelim.
Aracın karbon detaylarının olması her ne kadar aerodinamik açıdan avantajlı ve estetik olarak mükemmel dursa da,bizim işimiz tarafında,polisaj ve kusur düzeltme kısmında oldukça hassasiyet gerektiriyor. Uygulamamız süresince bu durumu elimizden geldiğince fotoğraflayarak göstermeye çalıştık.

Aracın detaylı yıkamasını yaptık. Bu özel araç yıllarımızı geçirdiğimiz küçük işyerimizde son araç yıkayışımız oldu :) Yıkama esnasında Valet Pro Advanced PH Neutral Snow Foam ve Adam's Wash Mitt kullandık. Detay temizlikleri için Wheel Woolies detay fırçaları kullandık.

Ardından aracı detaylı bir şekilde kurulayıp,kurulum aşamasında olan yeni uygulama merkezimize getirdik. Geldikten sonra olası toz ve pisliklere karşı aracı Quick Detailer ile tekrar temizledik.

Malesef aracın boya durumu hiç iç açıcı değildi. Özellikle Ferrari gibi hassas boyaları olan araçlar için bu tarz çizikleri gidermek güven özveri ve tecrübeye ek olarak,yoğun mesai saatleri ve hassas çalışma düzeni gerektiriyor..
Aracı polisaj için hazırlıyoruz,bu esnada kil temizliği için Gyeon Q2m Clay kullandık.

Kil temizliğini de yaptıktan sonra,çizik giderme aşamasına geçebiliriz.
Ferrari 458 Italia'nın boyası oldukça yumuşak ve ince. Bu yüzden uygulamayı standart rotary makinalar ve yün pedlerle yapmak oldukça riskli. Saniyeler içerisinde astarı görme riski mevcut.
Bu yüzden Rupes LHR15 MarkII Dual Action polisaj makinamızın orbital hareketinden faydalanarak riskleri azalttık. Buna ek olarak Meguiar's DMC5 DA mikrofiber pedleri ve Menzerna HCC400 kullanarak çizikleri olabilecek en iyi seviyede giderdik.

Aracın motor kaputunu temizlemeye başladık. Belirtmekte fayda var ; Motor bloğundaki kırmızı renk estetik açıdan çok hoş görünüyor ancak o boya da çok hassas. Kullanılan kimyasal sebebiyle boyada sökülmeler meydana gelebilir. Bunun önüne geçmek için 3D Orange Degreaser'ı biraz daha fazla sulandırdık,ve detay fırçasını çok daha hassas bir şekilde kullanarak motor kısmını dip bucak temizledik.
