Remove the painted mirror cover by pulling it upwards and the underside section is held to the mirror by 2 torx screws but you access them from the top. I can't remember whether you need to remove the mirror glass to get to one of the screws but I did when my old elegance took a whack.
The picture attached shows whats lurking under the cover. Ignore the extra arrows, this pic has been used for all sorts of mirror related threads!!
The LED repeater is sealed for life so isn't replaceable but the puddle lamp is, I changed mine for W5W LED's and it makes a big difference.
